Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ability to develop novel robust agrochemicals formulations like EC, SC, WG, WP, Microencapsulation, SSF, SE, Microbial formulation etc.
Identifying new formulations for the Pesticide (Insecticide, Fungicide, Herbicides, Bio stimulants, PGR, secondary metabolites and biopesticides) Define the experimental program that include the development of new pesticide formulations, Procedures/standards.
Identification and realization of cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities by developing innovative formulations.
Design, prepare and develop stable and compatible agricultural formulations for use in crop protection.
Contribute ideas aimed at advancing existing technologies or creating new technologies, processes, or IP; Troubleshoot development issues and strive for innovative solutions.
Should be able to develop HPLC, GC-UV based methods for conducting formulation analysis under GLP and Non-GLP modes.

Preferred candidate profile

Awareness of changes in laws and regulations of BIS or CIPAC and FAO.
Complete understanding of Machines with their basics products knowledge along with their application.
Managing skills and competency development of staff, including training development and knowledge management capabilities.
