Job Description

As an Account Manager, your role will involve identifying and engaging with potential Accounts & Mid to Large SMB Corporate Customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Mapping the accounts and validating the business potential. - Focusing on Account breakthrough & generating new business. - Conducting Client Visits as per requirements. - Engaging with all the various coordinates and exploring cross-selling/ up-selling opportunities in the assigned accounts. - Meeting the annual/quarterly/monthly targets. - Maintaining a Healthy funnel in terms of Quality and Quantity. - Ensuring sufficient funnel by performing daily tasks to meet revenue/unit target month on month. - Following proper processes for order execution and meeting customer expectations on deliveries. - Ensuring consistent CRM updates, Maintenance, and Timely Reporting of relevant sales data. - Delivering results as per the company's Objective without compromising on policies. - Creating a sales plan based on existing accounts, potential in different verticals, and territory. - Reaching out to customers to understand their organization, existing setup on office imaging infrastructure, document management solutions, and their current or upcoming needs and services that would be useful. - Proposing solutions for their office imaging needs- both hardware and solutions, giving demonstrations or proof of concept. - Updating sales activities on CRM and analyzing customer data. - Maintaining MIF Retention. Desired Skills: - Preferred background/experience in Printer, IT Hardware, Telecom, or ICT. - Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Account Management. - Graduate in any stream/MBA.
