Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Chennai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Daily tasks include overseeing project implementation, coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports, and addressing client queries. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in account management, client relations, and customer service
• Proficient in project management and coordination
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the waste management industry is a plus
• Exmperience in formalities of govt tendering and GeM portal experince given waitage for appointment
