Job Title: Account Manager – Software Developer Location: Noida Department: Technology / Client Services Reports To: Head of Product or Client Success Manager About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Account Manager – Software Developer to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who excels in both client relationship management and technical software development . You will act as the bridge between clients and our development team—ensuring client needs are translated into actionable technical solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client goals, pain points, and technical needs. Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and strategic planning. Facilitate product demos, technical presentations, and progress updates. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service. Software Development: Collaborate with the development team to build, test, and maintain web/mobile applications. Translate client requirements into technical specifications and user stories. Participate in coding, debugging, and software architecture discussions. Assist in UI/UX improvements based on client feedback. Ensure code quality and project timelines are maintained. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in software development (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.). 2+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in healthtech or SaaS environments. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.). Ability to conduct product training or webinars.
