Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Hyderabad. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The daily tasks include meeting with clients, managing sales accounts, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve business targets. The Account Manager will also be responsible for addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain long-term business relationships. Qualifications Strong sales and account management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data Experience in customer relationship management Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client inquiries effectively Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the engineering or power plant industry is a plus
