Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong background in real estate accounting and finance. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tally Prime and have a solid understanding of TDS, GST, bank reconciliation, contractor payments, and financial reporting. The role also involves managing bank finance operations, including loan processing, coordination with financial institutions, and supporting overall company funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate accounting records and bookkeeping using Tally Prime.

Handle TDS and GST compliance, including filing, deposit, and return submission.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare periodic financial statements.

Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely vendor and contractor payments.

Process payroll and handle statutory compliances.

Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for management decisions.

Liaise with banks for finance processing, sanction, and disbursement of loans.

Monitor loan repayments and calculate interest accurately.

Stay updated on tax laws, banking policies, and real estate financial regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate sector.

Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
