About the Role:

Account Manager

Mandatory Requirement:


This role will lead a dedicated recruitment delivery team including Lead Recruiters, Senior Recruiters, and Recruiters, ensuring consistent fulfillment of hiring demands, strong client relationships, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all recruitment activities with Tech Mahindra.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TechM hiring managers, procurement teams, HR, delivery and business stakeholders.
  • Understand business forecasts, manpower plans and hiring priorities.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews, governance meetings, and drive client satisfaction.

Recruitment Delivery & Operations

  • Own end-to-end delivery of all TechM requirements.
  • Allocate and prioritize requisitions to the delivery team.
  • Ensure quality submissions, faster TAT and improved interview-to-offer ratios.
  • Monitor sourcing strategies including portals, social hiring, internal database, and referrals.
  • Proactively handle escalations and ensure timely resolutions.

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, mentor and manage Lead Recruiters, Senior Recruiters and Recruiters.
  • Set KPIs and performance expectations for the team.
  • Track dashboards, delivery pipeline, and hiring health.
  • Provide coaching, motivation and continuous capability building.

Business Growth & Revenue Ownership

  • Drive account growth by increasing hiring volume and exploring additional business opportunities.
  • Own hiring targets, revenue, margins and profitability.
  • Prepare MIS, dashboards and monthly business reviews.
  • Continuously identify improvement and expansion opportunities.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience managing large IT staffing accounts.
  • Mandatory experience managing Tech Mahindra account for last 2+ years.

  • Strong understanding of IT skill hiring across domains.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong leadership and analytical capability.

Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree / MBA preferred
  • 6-8 years of IT Staffing experience with minimum 4-5 years in account management.
