The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client accounts, driving performance-driven marketing strategies, and optimizing campaigns to meet client goals. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns, and identifying opportunities for growth. Responsibilities: Client Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring smooth execution and optimization of digital campaigns to meet client objectives. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and regular updates to clients to optimize results. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication, strategic planning, and consistent campaign performance. New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, upselling additional services, and bringing new clients on board. Team Mentoring & Development: Identify training needs within the account team and provide guidance to ensure team members develop necessary skills to optimize performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in account management within a digital marketing or advertising agency. Proven experience in managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful campaign delivery. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage both client expectations and internal team dynamics. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on performance optimization and data-driven decision-making.
