Account Manager (Design Services)

Location: Bangalore


We are a consulting company that was founded in 2015 by a group of semiconductor professionals. Since then, the company has provided design services to several companies in the semiconductor industry through continuous service partnerships.

Our team has a vast experience, and we can serve our clients on various services like Physical Design, Full Custom Analog and Digital Custom Layout and Verification, RTL Design, Verification, Embedded and Firmware.


Ideally minimum 4-5 years in Account Management preferably in Top15 Semiconductor Company in the world and overall, 10-15 + years total experience.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead customer engagements and drive strategic growth in the design services space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and coordinate meetings focused on customer feedback, roadmap alignment, budgeting, skill gap analysis, and upselling opportunities.

  • Identify and engage early with potential business opportunities.

  • Maintain a regular meeting cadence with internal stakeholders to review:

  • Business status and updates

  • Account intelligence and insights

  • Client feedback and action plans

  • Develop and regularly update detailed account mapping, including:

  • Organizational structure

  • Key business and roadmap owners

  • Technical and financial decision-makers

  • Create and manage a clear account relationship strategy, documenting key engagements and touchpoints.

  • Provide weekly forecasts on pipeline and targets, ensuring alignment with overall sales objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, business operations, finance, and engineering to address and fulfill customer needs effectively.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a customer-facing or sales leadership role.

  • Sales Expertise: Proven success in selling design services, with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding $2M in annual revenue.

  • Strategic Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage and execute complex deal strategies that support high-growth, performance-driven organizations.

  • Customer Engagement: Strong background in collecting, analyzing, and leveraging complex market intelligence to drive business decisions.
