A high-growth, AI-powered platform transforming investment research is looking for an Account Manager with a background in financial services or consulting to lead client success, adoption, and engagement across enterprise accounts. Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients in finance Drive customer engagement, renewals, and upsell opportunities Advise clients on integrating AI insights into investment workflows Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering to align on client needs Use analytics to improve adoption and reduce churn Capture feedback to inform product development What We re Looking For MBA from a top-tier institution (mandatory) 1-2 years of post-MBA experience in financial services, consulting, or fintech Knowledge of capital markets, investment research, and financial modeling Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience Analytical, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment Familiarity with CRM, analytics, and customer success tools
