Account Manager - Customer Success

What you’ll do

• Own relationships

  with trial users — make them successful and true fans of BiteSpeed.

• Drive trial conversions

  by engaging users early, understanding their goals, and showing them a clear path to value.
• Proactively

  unblock stuck accounts

  and get them back on track.
• Lead high-touch

  onboarding and activation

  — especially for high-potential users.
• Use your customer success skills to guide setup, adoption, and ultimately, conversion and

  account expansion

• Partner with product, sales, and growth teams to share insights and

  improve the overall trial experience

  .
• Monitor account health, usage patterns, and engagement signals to spot opportunities and act fast.

  2+ years of experience

  in customer success, account management, or a similar role where you’ve driven outcomes and revenue.
