Min Experience: 2 yearsLocation: BengaluruJobType: full-timeWe are seeking an Account Manager - Customer Success to help ensure trial users quickly realize value and convert into long-term, engaged customers. As the organization scales, delivering a smooth, high-impact trial-to-conversion journey becomes essential — and this role plays a key part in making that happen.You will serve as the primary partner for trial users, guiding them through setup, enabling quick wins, and helping them experience meaningful results that lead to long-term adoption.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage relationships with trial users, ensuring they experience success and develop strong advocacy for the product.
  • Drive trial-to-paid conversions by engaging users early, understanding their goals, and mapping a clear path to value.
  • Proactively identify and unblock users who may be stuck or losing momentum.
  • Deliver high-touch onboarding and activation support, especially for high-value or high-potential accounts.
  • Apply strong customer success practices to guide setup, adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and growth teams to share insights and enhance the overall trial experience.
  • Track account health, usage patterns, and engagement signals to identify risks and capitalize on opportunities quickly.
