Position: Accounts Intern

Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai

Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Stipend: ₹7,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and data entry in accounting software (Tally/ERP/Excel).
• Support in preparing invoices, bills, and vouchers.
• Assist in reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers.
• Help in preparing financial reports and documentation for audits.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial data.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for collection of accounting data.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounts/Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Pursuing B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or related qualification.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Tally, or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a professional work environment.
