Account Intern

Account Interns assist the finance department for tasks related to accounts and finance.

Candidate will be responsible for supporting the accounts team in financial management and analysis, data entry, and financial report preparation etc.

  : Assist with data entry, maintaining accurate financial records, and filing documents.

  : Help prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, and assist with month-end closing processes.

  : Support accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing and bank reconciliations.

• Research

  Analysis

  : Conduct research to assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Software

  Experience

  : Work with accounting software (Tally), Excel and spreadsheets to manage financial data and ensure accuracy.

  : Participate in audits and help resolve discrepancies in financial records.

  : Observe and learn from experienced staff to gain hands-on experience in the accounting field.

Required

• Educational

  Background

  : B. Com or M. Com or CA pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Understanding

  of

  Accounting

  Principles

  : Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles is essential.

• Attention

  to

  Detail

  : Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

• Communication

  Skills

  : Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.

• Technical

  Proficiency

  : Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally) is often required.
