Position: Accounts Head (Finance & Compliance)Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance department across group operations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Prepare budgets, MIS reports, and financial forecasts for management.
• Supervise audit processes and coordinate with external auditors.
• Manage vendor payments, receivables, and cash flow planning.
• Implement internal controls and strengthen financial discipline across units.
• Guide and mentor accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Desired Qualifications

• B.Com/M.Com/CA/ICWA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 8–12 years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.).
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage multi‑unit operations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Skills Preferred

• Experience in handling project‑based financials and cost control.
• Familiarity with vendor contracts, procurement documentation, and statutory filings.
• Ability to work under deadlines and deliver accurate reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,166.22 - ₹45,732.97 per month
