Job Description

You should possess a B.Com degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience or CA (Inter) qualification with a minimum of 3 years of experience. You must have a strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and corporate finance. It is essential to have experience working with financial software and ERP systems such as Tally and Zoho. A good knowledge of GST, Income tax, Banking, Import and Export documentation is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, is necessary. Your analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills should be excellent. You must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines are crucial. Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is preferred.
