Job Summary

Account & Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements & MIS reports

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, and other statutory requirements
Handle budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis & cost optimization
Oversee vendor payments, bank reconciliation, cash flow management & fund planning
Coordinate with auditors for internal & statutory audits
Manage fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
Support management in financial decision-making and strategy planning
Implement strong internal controls and SOPs
Collaborate with IT & Production teams for cost review and profitability analysis
Monitor costing for manufacturing processes, BOM costing, and inventory valuation

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of accounting principles & financial analysis
Advanced knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / Oracle / ERP systems
Expertise in Direct & Indirect Taxation
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work under tight deadlines
