Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the Retail/Project/Institution Sales market. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and project partners. Key Responsibilities: Develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects especially for Window Decor. Prepare mood boards, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations. Create, read, and interpret detailed working drawings, layouts, and specifications using AutoCAD and other design tools. Coordinate with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Select materials, finishes, and furnishings as per client requirements. Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry and company standards. Handle client interactions to understand requirements and provide design solutions. Keep updated with design trends, materials, and technologies. Regular site visits for project execution Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) ; ability to read and interpret architectural/interior drawings is a must. Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other design software is an added advantage. 2-4 years of experience in interior design (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
