Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies, plans, and budgets in alignment with the company's objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasts, and projections to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

Costing and Cost Control:

• Establish and maintain effective costing systems to accurately determine product costs and profitability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
• Monitor and control costs across departments to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Management Information Systems (MIS) and Reporting:

• Oversee the development and maintenance of MIS for timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Generate comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for management review.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Collaborate with departmental heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and variance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and support to departments in managing their budgets effectively.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead and motivate the finance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate financial goals with overall business objectives.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities effectively to the Director and senior management.
• Present financial reports and analysis during management meetings and board meetings.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.

What you will bring to us:

1. 5-7 years of experience in financial management, including planning, analysis, and reporting.
2. Strong skills in costing and cost control, optimizing operational costs.
3. Proficiency in developing and managing Management Information Systems (MIS) for accurate reporting.
4. Experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
5. Leadership abilities to motivate teams and foster collaboration.

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration Professional qualification such as CA is a must Basic + Soft Skills required:
