Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting activities using

  Tally

  and/or

  Zoho Books

• Manage

  Accounts Payable (AP)

  and

  Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Prepare and reconcile invoices, bank statements, and vendor/customer ledgers
• Handle

  GST, TDS, PF, PT, and ESI

  filings and compliance tracking
• Process payroll-related accounting entries
• Coordinate with clients for invoice clarifications, payment follow-ups, and data collection
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports for management
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of financial documents
• Support statutory audits by providing necessary data and schedules
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Commerce, Finance, or Accounting

  (B.Com / M.Com preferred)

• 2–4 years

  of accounting experience
• Proficiency in

  Tally

  and/or

  Zoho Books

  is mandatory
• Good understanding of

  GST, TDS, and basic Indian taxation

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools
• Strong communication and client coordination skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines
