Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries.
• Coordinate with internal departments for billing and collections.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.
• Stock maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role (preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, ERP, or similar platforms).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Salary:
As per industry standards and based on experience.
