Account Executive -

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Accounts process, including processing payroll, verifying data, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve accounts and data maintain.
  • Payroll and salary management.
  • Provide support for audits related to payroll and Bills.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner..
  • Bill payments , cheques and cash Management.
  • Vendors co-ordination.
  • Sales and purchase data management.
  • Assist with other accounting and finance functions as needed.

Requirements:

Communication skills should be strong .

Bachelor's degree.

Experience - 2-5 years of experience in payroll accounting

Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles and practices

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
