Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive-SaaS Sales located in Delhi. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.


Qualifications

  1. Lead Generation and Account Management skills
  2. Excellent Communication and Relationship Building skills
  3. Strong Customer Service skills
  4. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  7. Experience in the trade intelligence industry is a plus


Requirements:


  1. Must possess strong customer service skills.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  3. Must have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ year experience in sales or Business development or lead generation industry.
  4. Must be able to create good presentations.
  5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  6. Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
  7. Ability to articulate knowledge about products, services, and value proposition to prospects.
  8. Must have good negotiation skills.
  9. Experience in a full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
  10. Strong presentation skills.
  11. CRM and lead generation tool experience is a must.
  12. Strong Microsoft word, PowerPoint & excel skills preferred
