SEO & Digital Growth Specialist

We’re seeking an experienced SEO & Digital Growth Specialist to lead and execute scalable SEO strategies that drive qualified traffic, lead generation, and domain authority for Export Genius. If you have a strong foundation in technical and content-driven SEO, especially across large, dynamic platforms, we’d love to hear from you.

• Own the SEO roadmap and drive measurable growth in organic traffic and lead conversions.
• Implement large-scale, data-driven SEO strategies for dynamic product/category pages.
• Develop and maintain a high-intent keyword strategy to maximize SERP visibility.

• Ensure optimal crawlability, structured data implementation, and Core Web Vitals performance.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to deliver scalable technical SEO improvements.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve on-site SEO issues.

• Build and execute white-hat link building, guest posting, and digital PR strategies.
• Maintain a clean, high-quality backlink profile aligned with B2B relevance.
• Proactively improve domain authority and reduce toxic links.

• Serve as the SEO owner of the Export Genius website, leading transformation and optimization initiatives.
• Drive UX and performance enhancements with an SEO-first approach.

• Define and monitor SEO KPIs: organic traffic, rankings, DA, CTR, and lead conversion.
• Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports to support business goals.

• 4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, with success in optimizing large-scale, dynamic or content-driven platforms.
• Proven expertise in eCommerce-style SEO (faceted navigation, scalable templates, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, and site performance metrics.
• Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and content automation tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO techniques is a strong plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline preferred.

• Candidates with a portfolio or documented case studies will be given preference.
