Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


·        Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.

·        Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

·        Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.

·        Process payments, expenses, and reimbursements accurately and timely.

·        Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

·        Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation.

·        Monitor and manage cash flow and petty cash transactions.

·        Respond to vendor and client inquiries related to accounts.

·        Support the Accounts Manager with additional tasks as needed.


Qualifications and Skills:


·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

·        1-3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

·        Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).

·        Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

·        High attention to detail and accuracy.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
