Key Responsibilities: · Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices. · Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. · Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable. · Process payments, expenses, and reimbursements accurately and timely. · Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. · Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation. · Monitor and manage cash flow and petty cash transactions. · Respond to vendor and client inquiries related to accounts. · Support the Accounts Manager with additional tasks as needed.
