Job Description

As an Account Executive at TurboHire, your role is crucial in fueling the company's growth in the India and Asia mid-market segment. You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, with companies employing 200 to 2,000 people, helping them transform hiring through AI-driven recruitment automation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the end-to-end sales cycle for mid-market accounts across India and Asia. - Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets (2 Cr - 4 Cr annual quota). - Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic outreach. - Conduct impactful demos and presentations to HR Leaders, TA Heads, and CXOs. - Negotiate contracts and drive deal closures with decision-makers. **Account Management & Strategy:** - Understand customers recruitment challenges and align TurboHire's solutions. - Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles (HR, IT, Finance, Legal). - Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. **Market Intelligence & Collaboration:** - Stay updated on HR Tech, AI, and recruitment automation trends in India and Asia. - Share market feedback with Product & Marketing teams to refine offerings. - Work closely with SDRs for lead qualification and with Marketing on demand-gen campaigns. - Represent TurboHire at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. **Required Qualifications:** **Experience & Background** - 3-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (HR Tech, recruitment software, or enterprise SaaS preferred). - Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas. - Experience selling to mid-market companies (200-2,000 employees). - Demonstrated success managing deals in the 8 Lakh - 40 Lakh ACV range. **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong understanding of recruitment/talent acquisition pain points. - Excellent communication & presentation skills to engage CXOs and HR leaders. - Consultative selling and value-based approach to solutioning. - Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools. - Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. - Highly self-motivated with excellent time management. **Education:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience). **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience selling AI-powered or automation platforms. - Knowledge of ATS and recruitment technology. - Existing network of HR/TA decision-makers in mid-market enterprises. - MBA or advanced degree. - Experience working in a high-growth startup/scale-up environment.
