Job Description

As an Account Executive at TurboHire, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company in the India and Asia mid-market segment. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, with companies having 200 to 2,000 employees. By leveraging AI-driven recruitment automation, you will assist these organizations in revolutionizing their hiring processes. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end sales cycle for mid-market accounts in India and Asia. - Consistently surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets ranging from 2 Cr to 4 Cr. - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic outreach. - Deliver impactful demos and presentations to HR Leaders, TA Heads, and CXOs. - Engage in contract negotiations and drive deal closures with key decision-makers. Account Management & Strategy: - Identify and address customers" recruitment challenges by aligning TurboHire's solutions. - Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving HR, IT, Finance, and Legal departments. - Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption. - Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Market Intelligence & Collaboration: - Keep abreast of HR Tech, AI, and recruitment automation trends in India and Asia. - Provide market insights to Product & Marketing teams for enhancing offerings. - Partner with SDRs for lead qualification and Marketing for demand-gen campaigns. - Represent TurboHire at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Required Qualifications: Experience & Background: - Minimum 3-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in HR Tech or recruitment software. - Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales quotas. - Experience in selling to mid-market companies with 200-2,000 employees. - Proven track record in managing deals within the 8 Lakh to 40 Lakh ACV range. Skills & Competencies: - Thorough understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition challenges. - Exceptional communication & presentation skills to engage with CXOs and HR leaders. - Ability to adopt a consultative selling approach and offer value-based solutions. - Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools. - Strong negotiation skills and adept at handling objections. - Self-motivated with excellent time management skills. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field; or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in selling AI-powered or automation platforms. - Knowledge of ATS and recruitment technology. - Established network of HR/TA decision-makers in mid-market enterprises. - MBA or advanced degree. - Background in working within a high-growth startup/scale-up environment.,
