Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Tally, and the ability to manage accounts receivables efficiently while ensuring compliance with internal and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices based on sales orders and delivery notes.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and tax regulations, including E-invoice and E-way Bill generation.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up for timely payments.
• Resolve discrepancies and investigate payment issues or disputes.
• Reconcile customer accounts on a regular basis.
• Generate periodic Accounts Receivable (AR) reports for management review.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation for all receivable transactions.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve billing issues.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable and General Ledger teams for interdepartmental tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience: 2 years (preferred) in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
