We’re a digital-manufacturing startup helping hardware product development and engineering teams source CNC-machined and 3D-printed parts faster. We’re hiring our first Account Executive.


Mission

What You’ll Do


  • Prospect & Cold-Call US prospects EST to PDT time zone.

  • Convert inbound/outbound MQLs into SQLs

    with sharp discovery.
  • Own deals end-to-end

    : qualify, run discovery, handle objections, assist with proposals, and close.
  • Meet weekly sales goals

    : booked meetings, advanced opportunities, and closed deals.
  • Assist founder on strategic accounts

    and high-value negotiations.
  • Maintain CRM discipline

    : log every touch, update pipeline stages, keep data clean.
  • Build the playbook

    : sequences, objection banks, scripts, cadences.
  • Hire and Coach interns

    weekly on prospecting, cold calls, and CRM hygiene until they’re producing meetings.


Must-Haves

  • 4–6 years

    sales experience calling into the overseas US/EU/APAC market.
  • Engineering degree preferred but not mandatory. You must be able to prove you can talk technical with engineers and buyers within two weeks of joining.
  • Hands-on with

    end-to-end sales

    : cold outreach, discovery, pipeline management, closing.
  • Proven ability to

    meet weekly quotas

    : meetings booked, SQLs created, and deals closed.
  • Comfortable with

    split-shift schedule

    and late-night US outreach.
  • Based in Delhi NCR.



Work Hours & Setup


split-shift schedule

  • Mid-Day → Evening (In-Office, Noida):

    Strategy, CRM updates, prospecting prep, team syncs.
  • Night Shift (Remote, mandatory, till ~2:00 AM IST):

    US outreach — live cold calls, follow-ups, deal progression.


Toolkit Familiarity


HubSpot (or similar) LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Aircall/Cloud telephony, Email sequencers, Loom, Notion, Airtable.
