Account Executive

Job Summary: The Money Request Team is responsible for processing, tracking, and managing all incoming and outgoing money requests from internal teams, merchants, and partners. The role ensures timely and accurate disbursements, maintains clear communication with stakeholders, and helps resolve any issues related to financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: Process and verify money requests submitted by sales teams, merchants, or other departments. Ensure all documentation and approvals are in place before processing payments. Coordinate with the finance department for timely disbursement. Maintain accurate records of all money requests and their statuses. Communicate with merchants or internal teams to clarify any discrepancies or incomplete submissions. Track and follow up on pending requests to ensure timely resolution. Escalate complex or high-value requests to the Team Lead or Finance Manager. Prepare daily/weekly reports on money requests processed, pending, and rejected. Adhere to compliance standards and internal SOPs for financial transactions. Assist in audits and internal reviews related to payment transactions. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred). 1–2 years of experience in finance operations, payments, or customer support roles. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic financial tools. Knowledge of accounting or ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho) is a plus.
