  • Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain proactive conversations with prospective clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Building trust with customers and keeping an eye on their pain points.
  • Objection Handling: Experience of handling objections and creating ways to turn a no, maybe into a YES.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct effective discovery calls to educate prospects and recommend best-fit services based on their unique situations.
  • Closing Deals: Conducting effective sales calls and closing the deal right there and then.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, update prospect information, and manage all activity through HubSpot CRM.
  • Performance Tracking: Hit or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in inside sales, telesales, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Native or near-native English fluency, with exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Tech Fluency: Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Sales Discipline: Proven ability to handle consistent call volumes and convert leads within a structured, goal-oriented environment.
