Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Account Management & Strategy

  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, with responsibility for retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders in

    CIO/IT organizations

    and digital business teams.
  • Develop

    account plans

    that align to client business priorities and technology roadmaps.
  • Drive multi-year engagements through consultative selling, value realization, and continuous upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

2. Inbound Lead Qualification & Engagement

  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and content downloads.
  • Assess leads for enterprise fit and readiness using frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC.
  • Engage with warm leads (demo requests, webinar registrations, trial signups) and map them into enterprise buying cycles.

3. Sales Execution

  • Lead the full sales cycle for enterprise deals: qualification, stakeholder alignment, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with solution consultants, product specialists, and delivery teams to address enterprise IT requirements (integration, scalability, governance, security).
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot).

4. Enterprise CIO/IT Engagement

  • Map the organizational landscape of IT and digital transformation teams within target accounts.
  • Build executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other IT leaders to influence decision-making and technology adoption.
  • Position the company as a strategic partner for enterprise-wide digital experience and analytics transformation.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on enterprise lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with Customer Success/Delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account growth.
  • Participate in enterprise events, executive briefings, and industry forums to strengthen the brand among IT and marketing leaders.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales/account management

    , preferably in digital marketing, analytics, or SaaS.
  • Strong track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets in complex B2B sales environments.
  • Ability to build and expand executive relationships within

    CIO/IT and digital marketing organizations

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
