ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Company Secretary with LLB to join our Legal & Compliance team in Mumbai. This role provides hands-on exposure to secretarial compliance, legal documentation, and governance processes within a global consulting framework. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Company Secretarial: Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and other statutory laws. Assist in drafting notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes of Board and General Meetings. Maintain statutory registers and manage ROC/MCA filings. Support secretarial audits, annual filings, and documentation. Legal: Draft and review basic legal documents including NDAs, agreements, and contracts. Conduct legal research and prepare internal notes or compliance updates. Liaise with external legal counsel and support litigation tracking.
