About the Role

Company Secretary with a law background

 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, and related corporate laws.

• Independently draft legal documents, board resolutions, contracts, and minutes.

• Handle secretarial functions including ROC filings and statutory registers.

• Manage legal matters under IBC and represent before NCLT.

• Advise on banking & finance regulations and legal structuring.

• Liaise with MCA, SEBI, RBI, NCLT, and other regulatory authorities.

• Conduct legal research and assist in due diligence and M&A transactions.

 

Key Skills

• Strong legal and secretarial knowledge.

• Excellent drafting and documentation skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken & written).

• Detail-oriented and proactive.

• Proficient with MS Office, legal tools, and ROC systems.

 

Eligibility

• Qualified CS with Law Degree (LLB).

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• Background in consulting, CA or legal firms preferred.
