Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretary to join our team at Jacobs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial practices.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of company's legal and regulatory status.
Provide guidance on corporate governance matters, including board meetings, AGMs, and EGMs.
Manage the company's statutory registers, including register of members, directors, and secretaries.
Coordinate with external regulators and respond to queries from regulatory authorities.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist in drafting and reviewing documents related to company law and regulations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
