Account Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, ensure compliance, and support smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including entries, billing, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
• Prepare and file GST returns, perform GST reconciliation, and ensure GST compliance.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and filing of TDS returns.
• Generate and manage E-invoicing and ensure accurate reporting.
• Handle cash maintenance, cash book updates, and ensure accurate cash flow tracking.
• Work with international documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other export-related paperwork.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for payment follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, TDS, and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
• Maintain accurate data and ensure timely updates in accounting software.
• Prepare MIS and financial reports for management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and e-invoicing procedures.
• Understanding of international trade documents (import/export documentation).
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
