Key Responsibilities Brand Management : Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms and materials. Help build the school’s reputation as a leader in culinary education. Partnerships & Collaborations : Foster relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media to enhance visibility and create mutually beneficial marketing opportunities. Content Creation & Strategy : Develop compelling content for various channels including our website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and promotional materials. You will ensure that all content aligns with our brand voice and resonates with prospective students. Social Media Management : Manage and grow the school’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Plan and execute campaigns that showcase student achievements, alumni success, faculty expertise, and school events. SEO & Website Optimization : Collaborate with the digital team to ensure the school’s website is optimized for search engines (SEO), with the goal of attracting organic traffic from potential students and partners. Email Marketing : Create and manage email campaigns to communicate with prospective students, current students, and alumni. Track engagement metrics to optimize performance. Event Promotion : Support the planning and promotion of culinary events, such as cooking classes, open houses, workshops, and community engagement events. This includes digital promotion and on-the-ground event marketing. Market Research & Analytics : Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and student preferences. Use data to inform marketing strategies and report on campaign performance, providing insights for future initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, preferably in the education or culinary industry. Strong proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and email marketing software. Understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics (Google Analytics, etc.). Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and engage audiences through innovative campaigns.
