Job Profile – Purchase/ Procurement Assistant

Job Location- Bhandup West (Mumbai)

Department -Procurement

Responsibility:-

• To generate purchase order in the system as instructed by purchase manager & make transit shipment in system.
• To follow up for the pending invoices of materials received.
• To keep track of HSN codes and GST rates of purchased material.
• To prepare the claims where we are working as a distributor on agreed profit margin.
• To generate debit notes against short / damage & returned material and follow up credit notes.
• To generate credit note against rate difference.
• To follow up with vendor for delivery.
• To make the Comparison for old vs New Product rate
• To generate sales and purchase for various types of item wise, sales- party wise, stock and sales reports etc.

Additional requirement:

• 1 year experience in documentation and an added advantage is food industry.
• Basic Accounting Knowledge
• Graduation necessary but not necessary criteria.
• Fast grasping ability To handle paperwork for the purchase department.
