Job Summary

The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, scanning, and preparing products for shipment according to customer orders. This role ensures the efficient and safe handling of goods, maintaining high standards of accuracy, speed, and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
• Fulfil Customer's Order.
• Collect items from shelves to full fill online- offline order.
• Order - Picker - A ware house worker who gathers items from shelves to full-fill customer orders.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare orders for shipping by labelling, wrapping, and staging items appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts (if certified).
• Assist in stock replenishment, inventory control, and cycle counts as required.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet daily operational targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 10th -12th
• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] regularly.
• Basic math and reading skills; ability to understand pick lists and order documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
