Job Summary

Accounts Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

1 Invoice & Payroll Support

Assist in generating and managing sales invoices accurately and on time.
Support the review of payroll workings to ensure accuracy under supervision.

2 Accounts & Documentation

Collect and organize bills, credit notes, and debit notes from relevant departments.
Ensure all purchase bills are routed to the official accounts email ID for proper tracking and record-keeping.
Assist in maintaining and updating vendor and customer master data in the accounting system.

3 Statutory Compliance Support

Assist with PF workings, monthly returns, and challan preparation.
Support ESI workings, returns, and challan payments.
Help account for GST set-off entries accurately under guidance.
Assist in TDS receivable reconciliation from customers and ensure payments (with or without TDS) are properly recorded.

4 Customer & Vendor Coordination

Respond to basic customer queries related to invoices, payments, and TDS under supervision.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely updates.

Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, GST, TDS).
Mandatory hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho Books/Zoho Finance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and good documentation skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to follow up effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
