Account Executive

Job Title: Finance cum Procurement In-Charge

Reporting to: Finance Manager - Mumbai

Role Overview

The Finance cum Procurement In-charge will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations and procurement activities for the Hyderabad location. The role ensures cost efficiency, financial compliance, and timely availability of goods and services to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including vendor payments, petty cash, and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with the central finance team for monthly closing, reconciliations, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and provide insights on variances.
• Monitor budgets and control costs for Hyderabad operations.

Procurement

• Handle end-to-end procurement of goods and services for the Hyderabad location.
• Source vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment or supply-related issues.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure timely availability of supplies.
• Implement procurement best practices, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems (preferred).
• Negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
• Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in finance and/or procurement roles.
• Prior experience in handling both finance and procurement at a location level is desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
