Job Summary:

The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the finance team with accurate reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and experience working in dynamic, technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

. Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports.

. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

. Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and corporate laws.

. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product) to manage budgets and expense tracking.

. Assist with financial audits, due diligence, and compliance documentation.

. Monitor cash flow and provide insights to optimize financial health.

. Support implementation and optimization of accounting/ERP software and automation tools.

. Provide financial analysis and insights to leadership for strategic planning.

. Manage tuition fee collection and track payments.

. Oversee payment collection for AI tool purchases and ensure accurate accounting.

Qualifications & Skills:

. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

.1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.

.Solid knowledge of accounting standards.

.Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books) is a plus.

.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
.Ability to work independently as well as collaborate across teams.

.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ramanattukara, Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Tally: 2 years (Required)
