Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Account Executive / Assistant Manager with 4-6 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and other stakeholders for smooth audit processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
