For Walk-in Registration:

Responsible for overall accounting transactional activities, monthly review and closing of accounts, team supervision, and ensuring timely completion of assigned work while maintaining compliance with ISO/IEC:27001 guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Vendor Bills Processing
• Vendor Statement Reconciliation
• Bank Entries and Reconciliation
• Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation
• Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries
• Preparation and mailing of customer invoices
• Accounts Receivable (AR) and Revenue Reconciliation
• Updating Document Checklist, Document Library, and Client Reports
• Other bookkeeping and accounting entries
• Sales Tax calculation and filing
• Payroll Reconciliation
• Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation, and Month-end adjustments
• Internal communication for routine queries and questions
• Review and preparation of financial statements
• Double-checking work done by subordinates
• Help management collect key data such as Work Planner, Financial Statements Submission Checklist
• Client Billing, especially hourly clients
• Protect confidential details of clients and adhere to ISO/IEC:27001 guidelines
