Role Description

The Account Executive position is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The individual will be responsible for fostering and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing business opportunities. The Account Executive will create tailored solutions based on client requirements, ensure consistent communication, and meet revenue growth targets through effective account management. Regularly preparing reports and providing insights on account performance will also be integral to the role.

• Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and customer service skills
• Experience in sales, business development, and contract management
• Analytical skills to create data-driven strategies and prepare reports
• Proficiency in communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with the debt collection industry and financial services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
