Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accountant cum Inventory Management specialist. This role combines accounting responsibilities with the crucial task of managing our inventory . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience in inventory control. Responsibilities (Accounting): Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Prepare financial reports and analysis as required. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal controls. Manage petty cash and other financial transactions. Responsibilities (Inventory Management): Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of our products. Track inventory movement, including receiving, storage, and dispatch. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures. Forecast demand and collaborate with purchasing to ensure timely procurement. Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics providers related to inventory. Use inventory management software/systems (specify if any are used, e.g., Tally, Zoho Inventory)
