We work with top event planners and agencies across India to deliver high-impact visual experiences. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure smooth cash flow management. Key Responsibilities:Accounting Software: Manage and maintain company accounts using Busy or Tally software. Vendor Management: Create and maintain vendor accounts in the system. Track vendor payments and ensure timely settlements. Reconcile invoices and purchase orders. Order Tracking: Maintain date-wise records of orders and track related expenses. Expense Management: Handle travel costs and reimbursements. Manage petty cash transactions and maintain daily expense logs. Prepare and process payment vouchers. Payroll: Prepare and disburse monthly staff salaries. Maintain attendance and payroll records. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing periodic financial reports, expense summaries, and payment schedules. Requirements:Proven experience as an Accountant (preferably in event management or production industry). Proficiency in Busy or Tally accounting software. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation. Good command over MS Excel and financial record keeping. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy.
