We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Executive with a strong grasp of web development to join our growing digital marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone who can drive social media strategy and execution while also supporting basic website development, landing page creation, and optimization tasks. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to client goals across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Create, schedule, and publish engaging and original content (text, graphics, reels). Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to analyze engagement and ROI. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation. Coordinate with internal teams for campaign launches and creative alignment. Stay current on digital trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations. Web Development & Digital Support: Assist in developing and maintaining client websites using CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.). Build and optimize landing pages for campaigns and promotions. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure seamless UX/UI in digital projects. Requirements: Must-Have: Minimum one year of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting. Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite). Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content editing via CMS platforms. Creative mindset with a good eye for design and branding. Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills. Nice to Have: Experience with graphic tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma. Understanding of UX/UI principles and A/B testing.
