Job Description: Corporate Tie-Ups Executive Job Title: Corporate Tie-Ups Executive / Manager Department: Business Development / Partnerships  Key Responsibilities: •            Identify and approach potential corporate clients (SMEs, start-up’s, MNCs) for recruitment and HR services. •            Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals. •            Develop strategic partnerships with HR heads, Talent Acquisition teams, and business         leaders. •            Negotiate commercial terms and close service-level agreements (SLAs). •            Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services. •            Maintain a strong pipeline and regularly update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and closures. •            Attend industry events, HR forums, and networking meets to enhance visibility. •            Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to client acquisition and revenue. ______________ Required Skills & Competencies: •            Excellent communication and presentation skills •            Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability •            Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset •            Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment •            Familiarity with B2B sales or corporate business development Attend industry events, HR forums, and networking meets to enhance visibility.
